Birthday FUN! I wanted to try the trendy pink lipstick craze that everyone’s been talking about! I didn’t want to go out and buy something too expensive because I didn’t want to risk having the wrong color. A friend of mine recommended Hot Paris Pink by Wet n Wild and you can buy this at your local drug store such as Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens! It’s a great lipstick to wear during the day to complete a simple but FUN birthday outfit.
I found this beautiful ivory dress at Nordstrom and I paired it with nude heels. I love looking through Poshmark and I found myself this lovely necklace from Loft. Poshmark is a great place to shop if you’re looking for second hand clothing/accessories because you can find a lot of designers stuff for low prices, but keep in mind that it is an online thrift store where sellers sell their stuff from their closet. I would advice to ask the seller lots of questions and be careful! Buy at your own risk and always ask details about the item you’re interested in!
Fall is coming soon so I got myself this cute grey sweater that I found at the New Banana Republic! I also added the denim button up to contrast the look and wore my ankle strap wedge to lighten up the look of the outfit. This look is perfect for work, casual Fridays, or a coffee date with a friend!
I found this beautiful striped top at Banana Republic and immediately fell in love! I can wear it with just about anything in my closet because of it’s versatility. You may even see it on a later blog post for fall season! Also check out Sweet Bella Whispers (www.sweetbellawhispers.com) for the beautiful necklace I am wearing. Statement necklaces are a great way to make your outfit stand out without adding too much to your outfit. I also wore a bowler hat to top it all off!

Happy 4th of July America! This look I put together is definitely inspired by the occasion. I wanted to go with a white and navy blue striped dress, a white sweater, and the lovely vintage red purse I wear with just about anything. I also copped myself these lovely ankle strap wedges from Material Girl.

I love finding unique pieces at the thrift store and updating them for a more modernized feel. The skirt was actually a dress by Liz Claiborne that I cut up into a skirt because I fell in love with the pattern. Since I didn’t want it to look old and boring, I paired it with my black crop top from Forever 21 that I have worn in previous blog posts and lastly to make the outfit pop even more I am carrying a bright red cross body bag that I also found at a thrift store a while back. This outfit is perfect for a day to night date with your significant other, Sunday church service, or coffee date with a friend.
Here is a laid back outfit I put together for fall/winter. It is a continuation from a previous post I posted back in December. The coat is from Forever 21, the Shoes are Converse and the hat is from Pac Sun. Definitely easy to put together and super comfortable to wear!
